For ministers
If you've been invited to report through Harvestvoices for West Broward Church of Christ, here's how to get connected. Reports are submitted through the Telegram bot — no app to install beyond Telegram itself.
How to join
- Install Telegram. If you don't already have it, install Telegram from your phone's app store. It's free.
- Get a sign-up code from your church admin. Your church admin at West Broward Church of Christ can generate a single-use minister code for you. The code is short (a 5-letter word) and you'll only need it once.

Open the bot and send /start YOURCODE.
Open the Harvestvoices bot in Telegram (your church admin can share the link) and send
/start YOURCODE(replacing YOURCODE with the code your admin gave you). - Finish the short interview. The bot will ask for your name, phone (optional), your congregation, your location (or a place name), and a photo. Each step is skippable.
- Send reports with /report or /reporte. From then on, you can submit reports any time. The bot speaks English and Spanish — type whichever feels natural.
